All of the other rentals we looked had a lot of small print and extra costs etc. even with pricey insurance. "Rent Your Ride"'s terms and conditions were very clear. And insurance covered everything unlike in bigger car rentals who had a long list of things that were not covered.
Lee delivered the car promptly to Santa Pola and I am not sure if I have ever seen a rental car so clean! It was what we wanted: a car, nothing fancy, four wheels, engine and blinkers, right Lee ? We had no issues with the car during the rental period. The last day we received a WhatsApp message from Chris with links to the airport and also the nearest petrol station. Lee met us at the car park, all good. There was a glitch in the matrix and the credit card terminal did not work properly and thus we were not sure if the deposit was returned. Lee was very sorry for this, obviously. But it was Sunday evening, so it had to be left to be settled the next week. Chris contacted us on Tuesday and asked for a bank account number for returning the deposit. It was all handled professionally and we never doubted that it would not get our deposit returned.

Fantastic service from Chris, the minute he picked us up from Alicante airport. Drove us on to our destination and dropped us back at the airport with no hassle about parking etc. Spotlessly clean car inside and out. 100% reassurance and on time, no hidden costs, just can't beat this compared to other larger hire companies. Amazing experience!
Chris and Lee have a very personal and no nonsense approach to their car renting service. From picking you up at the airport to being avalaible for questions during your stay.
Truly no hidden fees/costs and I can say from my own experience that’s something you don’t see very often when renting a car in Spain.
We (family of 7; 2 adults, 4 teenagers and a child from the Netherlands) enjoyed our holiday in a Ssan Yong Rodius: not the best looking car but certainly one that fitted us all. I can truly say that we got to see so much more during our holiday because of this car.
We will definitely be using their services again.
